By accessing or using the services provided by Trade Flow Agency LLC ("TradeFlow Agency," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our services and website at tradeflowagency.co.
Trade Flow Agency LLC provides AI-powered sales automation services for home service businesses, including missed call text-back systems, automated follow-up sequences, online booking calendar integration, and related SMS marketing automation built on the GoHighLevel platform. Services are delivered on a month-to-month basis with a one-time setup fee.
Services are provided under the following terms: a one-time setup fee of $497 covers system build, configuration, and live onboarding. A monthly retainer of $297 covers system hosting, maintenance, and support. There are no long-term contracts. Services may be canceled at any time with written notice to justin@tradeflowagency.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If our missed call text-back system does not recover at least one job you would have otherwise lost within your first 30 days of active service, we will refund your $497 setup fee in full. No questions asked. This guarantee applies to the setup fee only and does not extend to monthly retainer fees already paid.
To qualify for the guarantee, the system must be fully active and functioning on your business phone number, and you must notify us of the claim within 35 days of your system going live.
We guarantee your system will be live and operational on your business phone number within 48 hours of receipt of your setup fee payment and completion of the required onboarding information. If we fail to deliver within 48 hours due to reasons within our control, your setup fee will be refunded in full.
To receive services, clients must provide accurate business information including business name, phone number, and any required access credentials. Clients are responsible for ensuring their business phone number is compatible with SMS forwarding. Clients must complete the live onboarding call within 7 days of setup fee payment to activate the system.
Our services involve SMS messaging to your customers. You agree to use our services only in compliance with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. You represent that you will only use our system to message individuals who have provided appropriate consent to receive communications from your business.
Trade Flow Agency LLC handles A2P 10DLC registration on your behalf as part of the setup process. You agree to provide accurate business information required for carrier registration. Carrier approval timelines are outside our control and do not affect the 48-hour delivery guarantee for system configuration.
All systems, workflows, templates, and automation configurations built by Trade Flow Agency LLC remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use the configured system for their business during the term of active service. Upon cancellation, system access is terminated.
Trade Flow Agency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months preceding any claim. We are not responsible for carrier-level SMS delivery failures, third-party platform outages, or results outside our direct control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
